1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using iMegha, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

iMegha is a personal cloud platform that provides encrypted file storage, messaging, photo management, and sharing capabilities. Your content is encrypted on your device and stored in your own AWS account.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to use iMegha to:

Upload, share, or transmit any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or objectionable
Share child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content exploiting minors
Harass, bully, stalk, or intimidate other users
Send spam, unsolicited messages, or phishing content
Impersonate another person or entity
Use the platform for any illegal purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or cloud infrastructure
Interfere with or disrupt the platform or its infrastructure

Zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. Violations will result in immediate account termination.

4. Content Reporting and Moderation

iMegha provides mechanisms for users to report objectionable content and block abusive users:

Report content: Long-press any message or file to report it as objectionable
Block users: Block any user from your connections to prevent further contact. Blocking immediately removes their content from your view.
Response time: We review all reports within 24 hours and take action including content removal and account termination where appropriate

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the app (Profile > Delete Account) or the web app. Account deletion removes your data from the iMegha platform. Your personal cloud infrastructure (AWS) remains under your control.

6. Privacy

Your use of iMegha is also governed by our Privacy Policy. iMegha operates on a zero-knowledge architecture — we cannot access, read, or decrypt your content.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

iMegha is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that the platform will be error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

iMegha shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Your use of AWS services is governed by your agreement with Amazon Web Services.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of iMegha after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
