AI scribe for therapists.
Your data, your cloud.
You dictate a short summary after the session — AI drafts the SOAP note, you review and sign. No client audio, ever.
You record your voice describing the session — never the client. Notes stay in your own private cloud, not on a vendor's server. Built for cash-pay solo private practice.
~90-second demo. Dictate → SOAP note → sign.
A therapist finishes her last session at 6pm.
She's solo, cash-pay, sees about 25 clients a week. She's behind on notes — again. Last week she spent Saturday morning catching up on SOAPs. Her current EHR is fine, but it's another $99 a month, and she doesn't love that her patient data lives on someone else's server.
With iMegha Pro Therapy, she taps Record on her phone, dictates a 30-second narrative of the session, and 20 seconds later a structured SOAP note appears — Subjective, Objective, Assessment, Plan. She reads it, fixes a misheard medication name, signs. Done. The audio is automatically deleted from her cloud.
The note lives in her private cloud, not iMegha's. Her client never had to consent to their session being processed on a third-party server, because it wasn't.
Three Steps. About 20 Seconds.
Your audio, transcript, and SOAP note never leave your private cloud.
You record
Tap Record and dictate naturally — like talking to yourself at end of session.
AI drafts the SOAP
AI transcribes the audio and drafts the SOAP note. The audio is automatically deleted once processed. All in your private cloud.
You review + sign
Edit anything that needs fixing. Sign to lock the note. From there it's your clinical record.
Where Your Data Lives
Three layers. Your data only ever exists in one of them — and it's the one you control.
Your browser
You record, review, sign. Your password unlocks everything else.
iMegha
Routes commands. Never sees your patient data — all we ever see is encrypted gibberish.
Your private cloud
Where everything actually lives. Only you can read what's here.
- Your dictation audio · auto-deleted after processing
- SOAP notes · signed, immutable, your records
- Files, messages, share records
- The AI · never leaves the AWS network, never reaches model providers
"Your private cloud" is an Amazon Web Services (AWS) account in your own name. We walk you through the 15-minute setup. You own the bill, you own the data, and you can audit access directly. If you ever leave iMegha, your records stay where they are — in your AWS account.

Your Data, Not Theirs
Most EHRs hold your patient data on their servers. iMegha holds the app — you hold the data.

The Full iMegha Platform, Tuned for Therapy
The AI scribe is what gets you in the door. Pro Therapy includes everything else iMegha does — all in your same private cloud.
Secure file storage
Intake forms, treatment plans, referral letters, consent docs — encrypted in your private cloud.
Encrypted messaging
Chat with colleagues, supervisors, or referral partners. End-to-end encrypted — nobody outside the conversation can read it.
Zero-copy sharing
Share a treatment plan with a consulting colleague. Files never leave your cloud. Revoke access anytime — they lose the key, not the file.
Audit trail
Every file access, share, and SOAP signing is logged. HIPAA-ready audit posture, accessible directly in your cloud.
Pro Therapy vs Typical SaaS EHR
Where you keep patient data is the most important decision you'll make as a private practice. Here's how the trade-offs stack up.
| Typical SaaS EHR | iMegha Pro Therapy | |
|---|---|---|
| Where session data lives | Vendor's servers | Your AWS account |
| AI scribe | Add-on or extra cost | Built in, runs in your cloud |
| Who can read your notes | Vendor staff can access | Only you |
| If the vendor shuts down | Scramble to export your data | Your data stays in your AWS |
| Monthly cost | $69–$99 / month | Founder pricing + ~$2 AWS |
| HIPAA BAA | Often a paid add-on | Included |
Comparison is generalized for a typical solo-clinician cloud EHR. Specific vendor terms vary.
HIPAA, two BAAs, no surprises
For HIPAA coverage, you need a BAA at the application layer (iMegha — covers authentication, the app, the AI model behavior) AND at the infrastructure layer (AWS — covers the servers and storage where your data lives).
We provide ours as part of your subscription. AWS provides theirs for free via the AWS console. Both take a few minutes to sign. We'll walk you through it during onboarding.
